 Strawberry Ricotta Crostini with Balsamic Pearls

Ingredients:

1 fresh baguette, sliced

1–2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh ricotta cheese

Fresh strawberries, slices 

Fresh basil leaves
Fine Food Dittmann’s Balsamic Vinegar Pearls

Instructions:

  1. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast until golden. 
  2. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on each toast.
  3. Top with sliced strawberries and a few fresh basil leaves.
  4. Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to your liking.

Fresh Meets Fancy: Balsamic Pearl SUMMER Salad

  Peach-Arugula-Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups arugula (or mixed baby greens)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 ripe peach or nectarine, thinly sliced

½ cup fresh mozzarella pearls or burrata

¼ cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts

A few fresh basil leaves, torn

1–2 tbsp Fine Food Dittmann’s Balsamic Vinegar Pearls 

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl or platter, layer the arugula, cherry tomatoes, and peach slices.
  2. Scatter the mozzarella pearls or spoon torn burrata over the salad.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted nuts and torn basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and delicately spoon balsamic pearls over the top for a burst of tangy sweetness.
  5. Best enjoyed fresh with crusty bread or as a side to grilled chicken or seafood.
