STACK THE FLAVOR: Dive Into Muffuletta Magic!

BOLD & TANGY MEDITERRANEAN SALAD VIBES

  Zesty Mediterranean Muffuletta Salad 


Ingredients:  

For the Dressing (make it right in a large salad bowl):

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp paprika paste (or red pepper paste)

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

½ tsp chili flakes (more if you like heat)

½ tsp dried thyme

Ground black pepper, to taste

Chopped Add-ins:

1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

½ to 1 cup of Fine Food Dittmann Muffuletta Olive Salad


Instructions:  

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the tomato paste, paprika paste, and balsamic vinegar. Stir to blend. Add the olive oil slowly while mixing to bring everything together. Stir in chili flakes, thyme, and a few grinds of black pepper.
  2. Toss in the chopped parsley, red onion, and bell pepper right into the dressing. Add the muffuletta olive salad and stir everything well until evenly coated. 
  3. Let the salad sit for about 10–15 minutes before serving so the flavors meld.
